This beautiful wedding gown is a
reproduction of a c.1875 gown. It will be made from silk taffeta with self trim and abundant lace. All materials, instructions and fabrics needed are included in kit.

The workshop project was inspired by the fan box lid shown above. It is an 1870's style lush willow yellow silk gown with red trim, lace and ribbons.
The color combination is unusual to the contemporary eye, though very stylish in it's time. Note the contrast of the turquoise jewelry.

This promenade dress is circa 1868. It has a bodice
and draped overskirt of green silk taffetta worn over a striped silk skirt. A velvet beaded hat is the perfect accessory. All Materials needed, pattern and
instructions are included in the kit.
